HARDWARE

Flight Time
Rated at 45 minutes per full charge, actual flight time may vary with altitude, weather, and flight behavior. Always land with at least 20% battery for safety.

Weight
Raptor and Raptor T weigh just under 2 lbs (915g and 920g respectively).

Thermal Resolution
The Raptor T includes a built-in 640×512 LWIR thermal sensor.

IP Rating
Currently, the Raptor series has no official IP rating.

NDAA Compliance
The thermal sensor is sourced from China, which may not meet NDAA standards. However, Anzu prioritizes secure sourcing and transparency while exploring compliant alternatives.

Blue/Green UAS Certification
Raptor-series drones are made in Southeast Asia, making them ineligible for Blue UAS. While not pursuing Green UAS certification currently, Anzu remains committed to secure manufacturing.

SOFTWARE

Anzu & Aloft Partnership
Anzu partners with Aloft (formerly Kittyhawk) to deliver secure operations via the Air Control app, which manages flights, stores data, and provides enterprise features.

Geofencing
No geofencing restrictions are imposed. Users are responsible for flight legality. The Air Control app helps ensure compliance.

Advanced App Features
The enterprise version includes team coordination tools, reporting, COA tracking, and live streaming capabilities for stakeholder involvement.

Video Streaming
Live streaming is available via the enterprise version of the Air Control app. Contact sales@anzurobotics.com for access.

LAANC Authorization
To access LAANC, users must register within the app and provide pilot identification.

Firmware Updates
Firmware updates are only pushed when necessary for safety and can be performed over-the-air through the controller.

REPAIR AND WARRANTY

Anzu Care Program
Included with each drone, Anzu Care covers accidental damage such as collisions and water exposure for one year, plus priority repairs and expert support.

Coverage Details
Enjoy peace of mind with rapid repairs and replacements during the first year. Technical support is also included.

Coverage Extensions
Currently, coverage ends after one year; further repairs are handled outside of the program.

Warranty Period
All Raptor-series drones include a one-year warranty from the purchase date. Registration is required to validate claims.

Drone Registration
Although optional, registering your drone and proof of purchase is necessary to claim warranty coverage.

Service Locations
Authorized repair centers handle all maintenance. Anzu remains accountable for quality and satisfaction. Contact repairs@anzurobotics.com for support.

SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE

Activation & Registration
Activation is not required to fly but is needed for warranty coverage. Only basic data is collected and securely stored on U.S.-based Aloft servers.

Data Storage
Photos and videos are stored on SD cards and can be transferred after landing. Flight logs are available for warranty and service needs. All storage is U.S.-based and compliant with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II standards.

Pilot Licensing
Regulations vary by region. In the U.S., personal use doesn’t require a license, but commercial use requires a Part 107 certification. Visit the FAA website for more information.

FAA Drone Registration
To register with the FAA:

1. Go to FAA DroneZone

2. Create an account or log in

3. Register your drone and pay the $5 fee

4. Affix your registration number

5. Carry the certificate and renew every 3 years
