Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (business days only).

Orders placed and verified before 3PM EST ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 3PM EST ship on the next business day.

“2-Day” and “Standard Overnight” shipping refer to business day delivery only.

Delays caused by natural events, strikes, or external factors are not the responsibility of Drone Nerds.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, even under free shipping promotions.

A refund will be issued minus shipping charges once the package is returned.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
