Returns must be processed through our Returns Department before shipping any product back.

Shipping Costs:

Non-refundable if the item is in working condition.

Condition of Returned Items:

Must include original packaging, documentation, and packing slip.

Product must be in original, unaltered condition (no scratches, marks, or missing security tags).

Items that have been resized or modified will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:

Report issues within 5 business days of receiving the package.

If the box is severely damaged, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support at 786-708-7807.

Refused Deliveries (Non-Damaged):

Customers will be charged for original shipping costs.

Credit will be issued for the purchase price minus shipping costs once the item is returned to our warehouse.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

If the address provided is incorrect and package is returned:

Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

Free shipping promotions do not waive reshipping fees.

If no contact is made by the customer, the order will be refunded minus shipping costs.
