Returns and Product Exchanges policy

  • 10-Day Return Window:
    Customers may return products within 10 days of delivery under our buyer’s remorse policy.

  • Unopened Items:

    • Can be returned with no questions asked.

    • Must be in original, factory-sealed condition.

  • Opened/Flown Items:

    • May be returned only if in new working condition (subject to inspection and approval).

    • A 20% restocking fee will apply.

  • Return Authorization Required:

    • Submit a return request at www.dronenerds.com/rma.

    • Returns must be processed through our Returns Department before shipping any product back.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Non-refundable if the item is in working condition.

  • Condition of Returned Items:

    • Must include original packaging, documentation, and packing slip.

    • Product must be in original, unaltered condition (no scratches, marks, or missing security tags).

    • Items that have been resized or modified will not be accepted.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:

    • Report issues within 5 business days of receiving the package.

    • If the box is severely damaged, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support at 786-708-7807.

  • Refused Deliveries (Non-Damaged):

    • Customers will be charged for original shipping costs.

    • Credit will be issued for the purchase price minus shipping costs once the item is returned to our warehouse.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address:

    • If the address provided is incorrect and package is returned:

      • Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

      • Free shipping promotions do not waive reshipping fees.

    • If no contact is made by the customer, the order will be refunded minus shipping costs.
