Alongside the raw key, the combo includes a DL mount, DJI DL PZ 17-28mm T3.0 ASPH lens, and a built-in OLPF (optical low-pass filter) to deliver optimal color fidelity.

Advanced Image Processing with DCCS and ACES
ACES workflow support ensures seamless compatibility with other cinema cameras. DJI’s DCCS color science delivers vibrant, natural skin tones and ARRI-compatible looks. The full-frame X9-8K camera uses a custom chip for advanced processing and high-performance computing.

Advanced 4-Axis Stabilization
Selectable Z-axis stabilization minimizes vertical shake, ideal for dolly shots. Built-in 3-axis gimbal stabilization is enhanced with symmetrical tilt motors, improved roll/pan stiffness, ToF sensor, vision sensors, IMU, barometer, and a refined algorithm.

Zenmuse X9-8K Camera with DL Lens Mount

Dual Native ISO
With 800/5000 dual native ISO and an EI range of 200–12800, the X9-8K offers 14.7 stops of dynamic range for nuanced imaging in diverse lighting.

LiDAR Focus Control
The LiDAR system uses up to 43,200 ranging points across a 33' range for sharp focus, even in low light. A built-in depth meter provides visual focus confirmation. The modular LiDAR unit attaches to the front of the D4.

Autofocus Features
Maintains focus on fast-moving subjects, even with motion blur. Compatible with ActiveTrack Pro. Add a focus motor for manual lenses.

Automated Manual Focus
AMF blends autofocus ease with manual focus control. Grab the handgrip focus wheel at any time to adjust manually. Dynamic damping enhances tactile feedback.

In-Camera ND Filters
Built-in motorized ND filters (ND.03–ND2.7) allow quick light adaptation—ideal for fast-changing outdoor shoots.

ActiveTrack Pro
ActiveTrack Pro merges autofocus and auto-framing for pro-level tracking shots. Powered by computer vision, deep learning, and the CineCore 3.0 engine.

Dual Focus, Iris, and Control Grips
Right-hand grip features a focus wheel that also controls menu and exposure. The left-hand grip includes a full-range joystick for pan/tilt and headroom adjustment in follow mode.

Single User or Crew-Assisted Operation
Engineered for solo or assisted use, the system excels in lightweight, stabilized shooting. Supports single or dual grips, shoulder rigs, tripods, jib, and crane setups. Sport Mode engages with a button for action scenes.
